AI-native tech team for growing businesses

The tech team
you don't have to hire.

You run a business that needs software built and kept running, and you don't want to build a department to get it. Itzo is that team: senior engineers working with a fleet of AI agents. Production software in weeks, and everything it builds is yours.

Every role covered. Two to three senior people, a fleet of agents, one system. And all of it is yours to keep.

Who it's for

For business owners who need software, not a software department.

Our home ground is the established business with no technical team: a real operation, real customers, and software that stopped fitting. We also work with founders building a product, and with technical teams that need more hands.

Business owners

You have an operation. Not a technical team.

Sales, logistics, service, field crews, billing. Off-the-shelf software stopped fitting and you don't want to build a department to fix it. Itzo is your whole technology team. You talk about the business. We handle the rest.

Founders

You have a product to build. Not a year to hire.

You know what it should do and you need it in production, not in a deck. A senior team from the first week, without giving up equity or the time it takes to recruit one.

Technical teams

You have engineers. Not enough of them.

A backlog your team can't reach and a business that won't wait. Plug an Itzo team into your codebase and ship alongside your people, with your conventions.

01How it works

Three parts, working as one team.

Building software has always been a team sport. What changed is who is on the team. At Itzo, people set the direction and hold the standard. Agents do the work. A system keeps the two honest.

Humans

Senior people own the outcome.

A small group of senior engineers runs your team. They talk to you, own product and design decisions, make the technical calls, and review every change before it reaches production.

Product, design and architecture decisionsCode and security reviewWeekly conversation with you
Agents

A fleet of agents does the volume.

Coding agents, testing agents, research and documentation agents work in parallel, around the clock, on well-defined tasks with your product context loaded.

Implementation and refactorsTests, migrations, fixturesDocumentation as it happensResearch and options
System

The Itzo Loop keeps it honest.

Our operating system for the team: product context, plans, quality gates and memory. It is why speed never costs you production, and it ships in your repository.

Context every agent works fromTests, evals and security gatesMemory of every decisionYours, not ours

02One team, every capability

Every role you'd hire. Who does what.

Not a menu of services. One team that covers the whole product, with a clear split between what a person decides and what agents produce.

03What we build

Bring us the outcome. We'll bring the team.

Most clients arrive with an operation that needs software, not with a spec. Some come with a product that already exists and a roadmap moving slower than the business.

01

The system your operation runs on.

Orders, inventory, field crews, billing, back office, the integrations between them. The software a business needs when the tools it could buy stopped fitting.

Launch, then Operate
02

Legacy you can't keep patching.

Rebuild the system you outgrew without stopping what pays the bills. Migrate in slices, with the old and new running side by side.

Team, then Operate
03

AI inside your business, done properly.

Assistants for your customers, agents for your back office, automation for the work your people repeat every day. Evaluated, observable, and priced so it doesn't surprise you.

Launch or Team
04

A new product, from zero to real users.

Scope, design, build and launch. A production-grade first version in weeks, built to be the foundation, not the throwaway.

Often starts as a Launch
05

A roadmap that's moving too slowly.

Plug an Itzo team into your existing product and codebase. Ship the backlog your team can't get to, without adding headcount.

Usually a Team
06

Software that needs to stay alive.

Something is in production and needs to keep working and improving. We take ownership, on call, with a plan for every quarter.

04The Itzo Loop

How we stop fast from becoming fragile.

Agents can produce a lot of code very quickly. That is only useful if every change passes the same gates a great engineering team would insist on. This is the loop every Itzo team runs, for every change.

The Itzo Loop Nine stations in sequence: your outcome, product context, plan, agents build, human review, tests and evals, deploy, feedback, memory. Memory feeds back into context. Human review and tests are gates. Your outcomewhat must be true Product contextin your repo Plana person approves Agents buildcode, tests, docs Human reviewgate Tests & evalsgate Deployto your cloud Feedbackusers, metrics, you Memorydecisions kept every cycle starts with more context than the last
StepGate: a person or a test says noWhere the work is right now

What agents produce

  • Implementation against an approved plan
  • Unit and end-to-end tests for what they wrote
  • Migrations, fixtures, API clients
  • Documentation, updated in the same change

Always inside a task with defined scope and the product context loaded. Never free-running against your codebase.

What people decide

  • The plan, before any code is written
  • Architecture and data model
  • Every merge to the main branch
  • What goes to production, and when

A named senior engineer is accountable for every release. You know who it is.

The gates a change must pass

  • Tests: required to pass, no exceptions
  • Evals: for anything with a model in it
  • Security: dependency, secret and permission checks
  • Review: a person reads the diff

Observability is on from the first deploy, so we see what users see.

05Work

Built this way. Running in production.

Real operations, real money, real users. Each one built and run by a small Itzo team with agents doing the volume.

06Engagement

Three ways to work with an Itzo team.

Start with the one that fits where you are. Most clients begin with a Launch and stay on as a Team. Nothing forces you to.

01

Launch

Something defined, shipped to production.

A first product, a new module, an internal tool, an AI feature. We scope it with you, fix the price, and ship it in weeks. Production-grade, documented, in your accounts.

  • Fixed scope and fixed price
  • Four to eight weeks
  • Weekly demos on real infrastructure
  • Handover included, whether you stay or not
Fixed priceAgreed before we start. A number after the first conversation.
Scope a Launch
02

Team

Your technology team, month to month.

A standing Itzo team for the business: senior people you know by name, agents doing the volume, releases every week. It grows when the roadmap grows and shrinks when it doesn't. For many clients, this is their entire technology department.

  • Named senior lead, weekly planning with you
  • Continuous delivery to production
  • Product, design, engineering, quality, operations
  • Month to month, no long-term contract
MonthlySized to the roadmap, agreed in advance.
Talk about a Team
03

Operate

Keep what's live running and improving.

For software already in production, ours or someone else's. We take ownership: monitoring, incidents, upgrades, security, and the steady stream of small improvements that keep a product alive.

  • Monitoring and on-call
  • Upgrades, security and cost control
  • A quarterly plan of improvements
  • Hand it back whenever you want
MonthlyBased on the footprint we operate.

07Ownership

Everything we build, you keep. Including the way we build it.

Most teams that build software for you keep a piece of it: the repo, the cloud account, the knowledge in someone's head. We don't. From the first day, it all lives with you.

Your code

In your repositories from the first commit. We work in them, not in ours.

Your infrastructure

Your cloud accounts, your keys, your bills. We are guests with access you can revoke.

Your IP

All of it, contractually, as it is written. No licences back to us, no shared components you didn't choose.

Your context

The product knowledge the agents work from is written down and versioned in your repo, not in our heads or our tools.

Your documentation

Written as the work happens, by the agents, reviewed by people. Never a handover document at the end.

Your Loop

The pipelines, tests, evals and agent setup we used to build it ship with the code. Your team can keep building the same way.

Keep us as your tech team for years, or take it in-house next quarter. Either way, nothing stops working when we step away.

That is the point of the Loop being yours: it is not just software that we leave behind. It is the system that keeps building it.

Ask us anything about this

08Questions

The ones we get most.

We don't have a technical team. Can we work with you?

Yes. Many of our clients are established businesses with no software team at all. Itzo becomes your whole technology team: you talk about the business, we translate it into a plan you can read, and we build, run and explain it in plain language. Everything stays in your name, so you are never dependent on us.

What do the agents actually do, and what do people do?

Agents do the volume: writing code, tests, migrations, documentation and research, around the clock, inside tasks with defined scope. Senior people own the outcome: they set direction, make the architecture and product calls, and review every change before it ships. Nothing reaches production without a person approving it.

How do you keep quality high at this speed?

Every change goes through the same gates: automated tests that must pass, evals for anything with a model in it, security checks, and a human reading the diff. Speed comes from the agents doing the volume in parallel, not from skipping steps. Observability is on from the first deploy.

Do we own what you build?

All of it, from day one. The code lives in your repositories, the infrastructure in your cloud accounts, and the IP is yours contractually. The documentation, product context and build pipelines ship with the code.

What happens if we want to take it in-house?

You take it. Everything is documented, operable and already in your accounts. Your team can keep building with the same setup we used, and we help with the transition. Leaving is a right, not a penalty.

Can you work inside our existing product and team?

Yes. Most Team engagements plug into a codebase that already exists, alongside engineers who already work on it. We adopt your conventions, your review process and your release cadence, and add the Loop around it.

How much does it cost?

Launch is fixed scope and fixed price. Team and Operate are monthly, sized to the roadmap or the footprint, and agreed in advance. You will have a number after the first conversation, not after a discovery phase.

Who is behind Itzo?

A team of CTOs and senior engineers who have spent years building and operating production software at scale, across payments, mobility, logistics and B2B platforms. People who have run technology for companies and know what it costs when software fails on a Monday morning. Every Itzo team is led by one of them, with senior engineers brought in as the scope demands.

Tell us what you're building.

Two or three sentences is enough. Within a day you'll have a straight answer: whether we're the right team, how we'd approach it, and roughly what it would cost.
